Everything is Connected
How do you visualise a space that belongs to everyone? For the University of Glasgow's £50 million Clarice Pears building, we answered this by creating an environmental graphic that positions the School of Health and Wellbeing at the heart of Glasgow's transformation.
Our design supports their mission to prevent disease, improve health and reduce inequalities locally, nationally and globally. At its heart is a concept rooted in 'everything is connected', where a simplified outline of Glasgow's map visualises the city as a shared space. The School sits at the centre, with their impact radiating outward across the city and beyond.
We developed the facade design working in sync with the building's natural environment and the rhythms that connect us all. The result? A visual identity so aligned with the School's ethos that they adopted it as their official branding, using it across marketing collateral and throughout the building's interior. We continue to work with the School on projects including a collaborative health transformation initiative with Glasgow Science Centre.
