What does movement actually look like? For Movement for Health, a coalition of Scotland's leading health charities, we answered this by shifting the narrative from prescriptive 'exercise' to empowering 'Movement from Within'.

Our rebrand positions them to achieve their ambition: helping people with long-term conditions discover movement that works for them. At its heart is 'Flo'—a fluid visual system that unites everyone from policymakers to individuals across Scotland.

We developed the "We Move Together" verbal identity and restructured their digital resource hub from the ground up. The result? A brand that positions the coalition as Scotland's leading forum for movement advocacy, built to drive genuine behaviour change.
